Global Gateways provides consulting services and training in the areas of leadership development, business process redesign and systems project management. We approach our work as projects to be designed and implemented with you as client-partner.
Projects are dynamic systems for creating change and for realizing specific goals in an organization. Effectively leading and managing projects require tools that support the project team in looking systemically at the project and the intended results. The tool set must support the capability to "see" the external world of the stakeholders as well as the internal world of the project. The highly collaborative nature of our approach to projects with client-partners allows many different types of projects to be designed and implemented. In facilitating business process assessment and redesign we have worked with processes in product development, information systems, marketing release, and supply chain management. In partnership with our clients, we offer training and coaching of in-house project teams and facilitate the project management of teams in defining and developing "systems solutions" for business problems/opportunities.
