Welcome to our home on the web! Global Gateways was founded over fourteen years ago by former executives and managers of high technology companies. We have experienced, first hand, the high human and capital costs of today's business practices of restructuring and downsizing. We have also experienced times when people, working in teams, produced effective and dramatic results. It occurred to us that when we were part of an effective team, we also were stimulated, rewarded and had fun, the very things we wanted from our careers in business.
